Other Projects

I’ve got a few other things on the go than just this site here. My personal site, where I talk about non-library things like where I’m travelling and what’s generally going on in my life outside of school/work is over at The Dubious Monk. If you’re interested in my years in China, that’s where you’d find them. Some of the book reviews that are here are also over on that one. A big reason for starting this blog was to stop cluttering my friends’ RSS feeds with reviews of books they didn’t give two craps about.

I was the co-chair of the BC Library Association’s Intellectual Freedom Committee for a year and still sometimes blog for the Information Policy Committee, but nothing I say should be thought of as representative of any organization’s thoughts on anything.

Some of my slightly more formal, non-blogpost publications:

In my last term at library school I worked on making some e-learning/library tour videos.

I’ve also participated in conferences and on panel presentations.
